The BI Presidential Scholarships in Norway are fully funded masters scholarships for international students at the Norway BI Business School. Applications are currently open for the 2022-2023 academic year. This scholarship covers all tuition fees and an allowance for living expenses for each semester.
About the Norwegian BI Business School
the “BI Norwegian Business School” is the largest business school in Norway and the second largest in Europe. BI has four campuses, the main one located in Oslo. BI is the largest provider of economic and administrative skills in Norway. In fact, according to a study conducted by the Bi Business School, 77% of all master’s students were hired BEFORE they even completed their degrees. (Source)

Eligibility criteria for the BI scholarships
The BI Presidential Scholarship is open to Norwegian and international applicants. It is awarded to students who have an exceptional record of academic achievement.
Applicants must have an overall GPA average of A on the ECTS scale or an equivalent high level score on international scales. The BI Presidential Scholarship is open to applicants for all master’s programs.
All applicants will be assessed according to the ECTS scale. Applicants with a foreign Bachelor degree will have their grades converted to the ECTS scale. Preference is given to applicants wishing to obtain a master’s degree for the first time.
Amount of BI Presidential Scholarships
International applicants: The scholarships will cover all tuition fees and an allowance for living expenses for each semester, for a maximum of two years.
Norwegian applicants: The scholarships will cover all tuition fees for each semester, for a maximum of two years.
A maximum of 20 scholarships for international applicants and 10 scholarships for Norwegian applicants are available for the academic year starting in fall 2021. Only applicants admitted to a master’s program starting in fall 2021 will be considered for this scholarship .

How to Apply for the BI Presidential Scholarships
Step 1: Write a scholarship application letter, no longer than one page, explaining why you deserve this scholarship and how your academic record qualifies you.
Step 2 : Upload your scholarship application letter with your complete admission application on the online application portal (“APPLY” button). Also prepare these documents: A copy of the passport, CV, cover letter, financial plan, English proficiency and test and of course the scholarship application letter.
Candidates who receive the BI Presidential Fellowship should be prepared to be “BI Ambassadors”, acting as a spokesperson, assisting in recruitment efforts and fostering a good study environment. Details of responsibilities will be specified in the scholarship contract.
Scholarship applications must be received by March 1, 2022.
