Applications for the “Invest Your Talent In Italy” (IYT) scholarships from the Italian government are now open until February 24, 2025. “Invest Your Talent In Italy” is designed for students from 17 eligible countries who wish to pursue a master’s degree in Italy in specific fields. This prestigious Italian government scholarship includes a mandatory internship at selected Italian companies that partner with the initiative.
Logo IYT.As of now, the Italian government has dedicated the IYT program to the memory of Giulia Cecchettin, an Italian student tragically murdered by her ex-boyfriend, Filippo Turetta, on November 11, 2023. Each IYT scholarship recipient will be required to attend a seminar or course focused on promoting gender equality and combating violence and abuse against women, integrated into their academic curriculum at their chosen university.

Benefits of the IYT Scholarships
The “Invest Your Talent in Italy” scholarships offer a full tuition fee exemption along with a €10,000 stipend disbursed quarterly. If you enroll in a two-year program, the scholarship can be renewed for the second academic year.
The program includes a three-month full-time internship at a leading Italian company. Additionally, all students will have access to Italian language and culture courses.
However, the scholarship does not cover travel expenses and does not include accommodation.
Eligible Fields of Study
A total of 250 master’s programs across various disciplines—including engineering, advanced technologies, architecture, design, economics, and business management—are eligible for the Italian government’s IYT scholarship program.

Eligibility Criteria for IYT Scholarships
To qualify for the IYT scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen of one of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Republic of Korea, People’s Republic of China, Tunisia, Turkey, Vietnam.
- Be born on or after January 1, 1999 (except for applicants seeking scholarship renewal).
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Possess an English language certification or be in the process of obtaining one.
