1. AAUW FOR WOMEN AROUND THE WORLD

AAUW scholarships are intended for women around the world and are available in all fields of study, whether at the Master’s, Ph.D., or Postdoctoral level. The program accepts applications every year from August 1st to November 15th. Applicants can choose their study country.

2. INTERNATIONAL PEACE SCHOLARSHIP BY P.E.O

The International Peace Scholarship by P.E.O. is a prestigious program that supports women worldwide in pursuing higher education in the United States and Canada. This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to women committed to advancing their education, with the ultimate goal of contributing to international understanding and peace. All fields of study are eligible.

3. GOOGLE WOMEN TECHMAKERS

The Google Women Techmakers program is an initiative aimed at promoting gender diversity and empowering women in the technology field. This program offers support, resources, and opportunities for women to thrive in the tech industry. Women Techmakers provides a range of activities and events, such as conferences, workshops, and networking opportunities, to connect and inspire women in the technology field.

4. MARGARET MCNAMARA EDUCATION GRANTS

This program targets women from developing and middle-income countries. MMEG funds studies at all academic levels in Canada, the United States, or France. “Margaret McNamara Education Grants” (MMEG) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to improve the lives of women from developing countries by supporting their higher education.

5. SCIENCE BY WOMEN PROGRAM

The program is offered by the “Women for Africa” Foundation (FMxA). It provides research scholarships for African women in science, allowing them to pursue research in areas such as health, biomedicine, sustainable agriculture, and food security in Spain.

6. MARIE CURIE SCHOLARSHIPS

In this context, the IAEA grants scholarships to selected female students pursuing a Master’s in nuclear-related subjects, as well as internship opportunities facilitated by the IAEA.

7. AMELIA EARHART FELLOWSHIP

The $10,000 fellowship is awarded annually to a maximum of 30 women pursuing a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering and space sciences. It can be used at any university or college offering accredited graduate courses and degrees in these fields.

8. U.S. GOVERNMENT TECHWOMEN

The TechWomen program aims to promote professional exchange and leadership of women in the field of technology. TechWomen offers opportunities for mentoring, collaboration, and training to professional women in technology from various emerging countries. The initiative will identify up to 104 women in STEM fields from countries in Africa, Central and South Asia, and the Middle East to participate in the program.

9. CYBERSECURITY SCHOLARSHIP FOR WOMEN

This scholarship awards up to $5,000 to women pursuing degrees or certifications in cybersecurity or a related field. It is open to women of all nationalities and studying anywhere. Applications are accepted annually.

10. L’ORÉAL-UNESCO FOR WOMEN IN SCIENCE

The L’Oréal-UNESCO International Award for Women in Science honors 5 outstanding women scientists from 5 regions of the world each year. Alternating every two years, these exceptional researchers are rewarded for their significant contribution to the progress of science, either in life sciences or in the fields of physical sciences, mathematics, and computer science. A prize of €100,000 is awarded to each of the five laureates selected by an internationally renowned expert jury.
